Pricing

All prices listed below include VAT and all standard expenses — items that are often excluded from other quotes and later added as additional charges.

Our fees are offered on a fixed-price basis and are not calculated as a percentage of the property value. This ensures transparency and allows you to know your legal costs from the outset, regardless of the purchase or sale price.

The only pricing qualifications are:

  1. If the transaction involves a “חברה משכנת” (Housing Company Registration Structure), an additional fee of 1,500 NIS will apply.

  2. If the transaction becomes unusually complex or materially expands beyond a standard property transaction, an additional fee may apply. Any such adjustment will be discussed openly and agreed in advance.
